HOURS: 37.5 hours (Monday to Friday)
BASE: Heritage House, Grimsby
SALARY: £16,326 – £18,313
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team within focus Independent Adult Social Work. Our Business Services Team currently provide an administration and data inputting service to all of our Social Work staff. We are currently expanding the support we offer to include the role of the Receptionist based at our headquarters building, Heritage House, in Grimsby.
Whilst the main duty of the role will be to provide the reception cover, greeting visitors and dealing telephone enquiries, you will also undertake other administration tasks.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience of working in a front facing environment but we will offer full training for the role. You will however, need to demonstrate a good competency in typing and have experience of working with Microsoft Office.
Successful applicants who do not hold a Business Administration qualification, we will place you on our apprenticeship scheme to undertake this qualification at either Level 2 or 3. The apprenticeship will be personalised to you and if you are driven to succeed, this will be easily achieved within the required timescale. Our apprenticeship scheme is an ideal opportunity for you to earn whilst you learn and you will receive on the job training and support to achieve your qualification.
