Focus is a Community Interest Company, limited by guarantee. This means that the company is owned by its members and managed by a Board of Governors drawn from the workforce, community and stakeholder groups.
All staff have the opportunity to become a member and to take an active part in the shaping of the organisation and its future development.
As a member you can vote at general meetings, view the annual accounts, elect employee governors and influence any important changes to the company.
